Shipping Times
The Minions at Oatmeal Support strive to fulfill the orders within 3-5 working days. When we are really busy we may take a day or two longer. Please, if you email us on a Friday, we won’t get your e-mail until Monday (we stubbornly insist on having days off). If we are behind, it may be a few days before we respond. We are a small operation so please be patient.
Tracking Numbers
When you place the order you will receive a confirmation e-mail, as well as an e-mail when we ship. US domestic orders will receive a tracking number (except for stickers and single card orders) .
We ship US Postal Service.
Domestic orders
Ideally you should receive your order within a week of shipping. If the link to the tracking number is not working, occasionally they only track at delivery. Don’t panic if you got a tracking number and the link isn’t working immediately.
International shipping
We do not provide tracking for international orders. We can get you a customs number but have found the cost of shipping internationally with tracking is prohibitive.
The minimum transit time for international shipping is 3-4 weeks (even to Canada).
We have had shipments to China take up to 8 weeks. If you haven’t gotten your order within 4 weeks of the shipping confirmation send us a quick e-mail.

They tend to be a snug fit. If in doubt order larger.

- Cards : single $1.99, 4 - 3.99. 6- 5.98, 12-8.98
- Coffee mugs priority mail (Canada $1 or 2 higher) 1- $6.99 2-$8.99 3-$10, 4+ add additional $1 per mug
- Shirts: shipping is $5.99 + $3 for each additional (Hoodie shipping is higher they weigh 3x more than the regular shirts)
- Books: Media mail 1-$6.99 2-$8.99 3-$12, 4+ add additional $1 per book. Keep in mind that Media mail can take 2-4 weeks to reach the East Coast
- Books Priority mail (expedited mail service) 2-3 days after item is shipped. 1-10.00 each additional + $2
International shipping

Shirt Sizing
All Oatmeal shirts are made with American Apparel's 100% preshrunk combed cotton knit fabric. Expect about 5-7% (about a half a shirt size) shrinkage after normal wash. Wash warm, dry low. If there is an issue with size on the t-shirts we will accept returns but not exchanges. The price of the shirt will be refunded to you (less the shipping costs) When the return is received in new condition (must not be worn or washed) the account will be credited. Please enclose the original shipping invoice with the return.
Other Merchandise Returns
We will issue refunds for customers who aren't completely satisfied with our products, but we require that you ship the product back to us before we will process the refund, less the shipping fees. Please include the original invoice or order number. For items with free shipping there is a 25% restocking fee.
Shirt Returns

Damaged Products
If your product is damaged during shipping, we ask that you take a photo of the damaged product and email it to us. Once we receive the photo, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
